Stuffed Bellpeppers
Stuffed Bellpeppers
Sautee:
1 lb lean ground beef
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
3/4 tsp pepper
2 tsp Mrs. Dash
1 onion
Add in:
1 block cream cheese
1/4 cup parsley
1 cup cooked white rice
1.5 cup cheddar and some to sprinkle on top
6 tbsp sundried tomato pesto
1 can rotel
For the shell:
Cut off tops of bellpeppers
Clean out the ribs and seeds
Put sauce in the bottom of baking dish with bellpeppers
Prebake bellpeppers @375 for 28-30 minutes
Assemble:
Stuff with meat mixture
Sprinkle with remaining cheese
Put back in the oven for 12-15 minutes
