Stuffed Bellpeppers


Stuffed Bellpeppers

Sautee:

  • 1 lb lean ground beef

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 3/4 tsp pepper

  • 2 tsp Mrs. Dash

  • 1 onion

    Add in:

  • 1 block cream cheese

  • 1/4 cup parsley

  • 1 cup cooked white rice

  • 1.5 cup cheddar and some to sprinkle on top

  • 6 tbsp sundried tomato pesto

  • 1 can rotel

For the shell:

  • Cut off tops of bellpeppers

  • Clean out the ribs and seeds

  • Put sauce in the bottom of baking dish with bellpeppers

Prebake bellpeppers @375 for 28-30 minutes

Assemble:

  • Stuff with meat mixture

  • Sprinkle with remaining cheese

  • Put back in the oven for 12-15 minutes
