French Onion Casserole

Like a taste of childhood but kicked up a few notches

Sautee:

  • 1lb lean ground beef

  • 1/2 onion

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp pepper

  • 8oz. mushrooms

Once browned turn of the heat:

  • Add 16 oz container of Dean’s French Onion Dip

  • 2 cans of Cambells Cream of Mushroom Soup

While that is cooking:

  • Boil 10-12 oz egg noodles al dente'

Combine noodles and meat mixture in a 9x13 baking dish

Top with:

  • 1/2 cup smoked gouda

  • French’s Fried Onions and green onions
