Poppyseed Chicken with a Twist!

Shred 1 rotisserie chicken or about 3 cups of chicken, add to your wet mixture, top with crumbles and bake for 27-30 minutes in a preheated 350 degree oven. 8x8 dish

Mixture:

  • 3 cups chicken

  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 1/2 block cream cheese

  • 1 can of cream of chicken soup

  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables

  • 1/2 tsp salt/pepper

  • 1 tsp garlic/onion powder

  • 1 tbsp poppyseeds

Topping:

  • 1 sleeve buttery crackers - crumbled

  • 1/4 cup butter

  • 1 tbsp parsley
