Chicken Alfredo Roll Ups

I am using my leftover ingredients from our Crockpot Lasagna (video listed below this one) which makes it a very budget friendly week for me so close to Christmas. Simply parboil your noodles, fill with chicken mixture, slather in Alfredo sauce and bake.

Make sure to put some Alfredo sauce in the bottom of the pan, and then pour the remaining sauce over the top of the roll ups. Bake at 350 with tinfoil on, then remove foil, and bake for 10 more minutes. I turned my broiler on low for 2 minutes to get everything brown and crispy.

  • 12 Lasagna Noodles

  • Alfredo Sauce (I used Bertolli) you can also make your own

  • top with mozzarella, parmesan and more Italian seasoning

Chicken Mixture:

  • 4 cups of chicken

  • 1 cup Ricotta

  • 1/2 cup Alfredo sauce

  • 1 cup of mozzarella

  • 1/2 cup of parmesan

  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning

  • 1 tsp each salt/pepper/garlic/onion powder
