Lemon Lasagna
Layer 1:
Lemon Oreos 1 package
6 tbsp butter
Layer 2:
cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 capful of lemon extract
8 oz tub cool whip
(throw in freezer while you make layer 3)
Layer 3:
2 small packages of instant lemon pudding
2 cups whole milk
1 cup heavy whipping cream
fold in 1 cup cool whip
Toast a couple handfuls of sweetened coconut @375 for 11-12 min.
Let coconut cool and then add to the top layer
