Big Mac Sliders

  • 1 lb lean ground beef

  • 1/2 medium onion

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp pepper

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp Mrs. Dash seasoning

Mix and transfer to a 9x9 baking dish, sized to fit the bread

Bake at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes

Big Mac Sauce:

  • 2 tbsp ketchup

  • 3-4 tbsp pickle relish (try to drain before adding)

  • 3/4 cup mayo

  • 1/2 tbsp dijon mustard

  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp paprika

  • pinch of salt

    Big Mac Assembly:

  • King’s Hawaiian Rolls - sliced down the middle

  • Spoon sauce on bottom of rolls

  • Add shredded lettuce, pickles, and meat

  • cover meat with Kraft singles

  • Add more sauce on top of buns and cover Big Macs

  • Brush melted butter over top

  • Sprinkle with sesame seeds

    Throw back in the oven for 5 to 10 minutes at 375

    Cut along bread lines and serve
