Big Mac Sliders
1 lb lean ground beef
1/2 medium onion
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Mrs. Dash seasoning
Mix and transfer to a 9x9 baking dish, sized to fit the bread
Bake at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes
Big Mac Sauce:
2 tbsp ketchup
3-4 tbsp pickle relish (try to drain before adding)
3/4 cup mayo
1/2 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp yellow mustard
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
pinch of salt
Big Mac Assembly:
King’s Hawaiian Rolls - sliced down the middle
Spoon sauce on bottom of rolls
Add shredded lettuce, pickles, and meat
cover meat with Kraft singles
Add more sauce on top of buns and cover Big Macs
Brush melted butter over top
Sprinkle with sesame seeds
Throw back in the oven for 5 to 10 minutes at 375
Cut along bread lines and serve
