O’ Christmas Wreath

This one is really fun to make with kids or mimosas and friends! It is beautiful and delicious. Your base is just 30 oz package of Pillsbury spread out on parchment paper. I baked it on a baking stone at 325 for 25-30 minutes. You can make it into any shape you want. We always use a coffee cup and cut out the center hole and make a wreath. Add whatever fruit you like and let it set up in the fridge for an hour or two.

White Icing: Base

  • 6 oz room temp cream cheese

  • 1/2 cup room temp butter

  • 3 cups powdered sugar

  • 2 capfuls of vanilla and almond extract

  • 1-3 tbsp heavy whipping cream to thin it out

Green Icing for decoration (not required - its just pretty lol)

  • The remaining pint of heavy whipping cream

  • 2.5 cups confectioner’s sugar

  • 3 capfuls of almond extract; 2 capfuls vanilla extract

  • food coloring

Mix until you form stiff peaks and then fold in:

  • 2 oz cream cheese
