Spicy Bacon Cheese Ring

Creamy, crunchy, and packs a punch!

Prepare the bacon and jalepeno:

  • Add a jalepeno under rack and add 1 lb bacon to the top of the rack. Cook at 375 for 35 minutes

To your bowl add:

  • 1 package of room temperature cream cheese

  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 1 cup mayo

  • 1 tbsp bacon grease

  • 4 cups mozzarella

  • 4 cups cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 tsp salt; 1/2 tsp pepper; 1 tsp each of garlic/onion powder

  • 1 bundle of green onions

  • 4 to 5 pieces crumbles bacon

  • Chop up the roasted jalepeno

  • Add 3/4 of roasted and chopped jalepeno

  • and 1/4 tsp of cayane pepper

  • Mix well

    For the topping in the bundt pan lined with saran wrap:

  • 1 bunch of green onions

  • remaining bacon

  • 2 cups pecans

  • and 1/4 of the jalepeno and 1/4 cup pepperjack cheese

  • Add the bowl mixture to the bundt pan

  • Fully cover with saran wrap and let it set up in the fridge for a few hours, but I prefer overnight. After you unmold and remove wrap, fill the interior with Tabasco Pepper Jelly and serve with wheat thins.
