Chocolate Lasagna

4 simple layers! Cream, crunchy, chocolatey, heavenly…

Crust 1: Add butter to Oreos and press down into a 9x13 pan

  • 1 package Oreos (give or take the 2 I shoved in my mouth)

  • 6 oz butter

Layer 2: Vanilla Cream Cheese

  • Combine 1 block of room temp cream cheese

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 tsp (about) vanilla

  • then fold in 8 oz tub of Cool Whip

  • spread vanilla layer over crust and throw in the freezer while you make the chocolate layer

Layer 3: Chocolate

  • Combine 2 small packages of Instant Chocolate Pudding (I believe 3.9 oz packages)

  • 2 cups whole milk

  • 1.5 cups of heavy whipping cream

  • Then, fold in 1 cup of cool whip

Layer 4: Whipped Topping with Chocolate

  • Add a dash of vanilla to your leftover tub of cool whip (we borrowed 1 cup for layer 3 ) and spread over chocolate layer

  • for a nice crunch and a pretty presentation, add mini chocolate chips.

Let this have time to set up in the fridge for at least an hour or two before serving to guests. I made mine 2 days in advance and it was perfect!!!
