Cheesy Corn Casserole

An olde but goodie!

Prepare 10 oz package of yellow rice per the directions.

Add the rice and all the ingredients into a pot:

  • 1 can Mexicorn

  • 1 can green chiles mild

  • 1 can green chiles hot

  • Rotel

  • 6 oz Velveeta

  • 1 block cream cheese

  • 1 package of frozen sweet corn

  • salt and pepper to taste

    Move everything into a casserole dish

  • Top with cheddar and green onions

  • Put in the oven at 350 until the cheese on top is melted
