Cheesy Corn Casserole
An olde but goodie!
Prepare 10 oz package of yellow rice per the directions.
Add the rice and all the ingredients into a pot:
1 can Mexicorn
1 can green chiles mild
1 can green chiles hot
Rotel
6 oz Velveeta
1 block cream cheese
1 package of frozen sweet corn
salt and pepper to taste
Move everything into a casserole dish
Top with cheddar and green onions
Put in the oven at 350 until the cheese on top is melted
