Chicken Cobbler
We added a twist to our recipe and used leftover Thanksgiving turkey, mixed veggies, and added some seasoning. It was such a hit!!!
Add 1/2 cup melted butter to a 9x13 dish. Add your meat and cover with biscuit/milk mixture. Most importantly, do NOT mix! Add your veggies then pour over your chicken stock and soup mix and again do NOT mix. Throw it in just like that! Bake for 50 minutes at 350! Easy Peesy!
3-4 cups of turkey or chicken shredded
2 cups milk
box of red lobster cheddar bay biscuits (or bisquick would work)
1/2 cup melted butter
2 cups chicken stock
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cups frozen mixed veggies
1 tsp salt/pepper/garlic powder/Mrs. Dash chicken seasoning
