Creamy Crockpot Spinach and Artichoke Dip

This is just so insanely easy and so delicious. Throw it all in the crockpot, leave it on low, and let everyone munch as they go! Toss in your ingredients, heat it up, add a little milk or HWC to thin it out and add cheese on top…10 minutes to the perfect appetizer!

I use my leftovers and add to chicken for amazing Smothered Chicken!

  • Squeeze all the liquid out of 10-12 oz frozen spinach

  • Drain and chop a 14.5 oz jar of artichoke hearts

  • Packet of Knorr Vegetable Dip

  • 16 oz Sour Cream

  • 1 block of cream cheese

  • 1 tsp of garlic powder

  • salt/pepper

  • 1 cup mozzarella (3/4 cup in mixture and 1/4 cup on top)

  • 1 cup parmesan (3/4 cup in mixture and 1/4 cup on top)

  • a couple TBSP of HWC or milk to thin it out
