Fantasy Fudge

Fantasy Fudge has been around forever and always comes out perfect! There is a reason the recipe has been popular for such a long time!

For 5 minutes, boil 3 cups sugar, 2/3 cup evaporated milk, and 3/4 cup butter while stirring constantly. Slide it off the heat and add marshmallow cream, chocolate and vanilla. That’s it.

I always make 2 batches: 1 plain and creamy and 1 with 1 cup of walnuts (plus some sprinkled on top).

Pour mixture in to a buttered dish lined with tin foil or parchment paper. We make this once for my niece’s teachers and friends on the last week of school, and then we make right at Christmas for family and friends!

  • 3 cups granulated sugar

  • 2/3 cup evaporated milk

  • 3/4 cup butter

  • pinch of salt

  • 7 oz tub of marshmallow cream

  • 12 oz bag of semisweet chocolate

  • 1 tsp vanilla
